Description
Pork Pata Humba is a fragrant, sweet and seasoned pork knuckle dish loaded with pepper corns, garlic, bay leaf and other spices. Marinated in soy sauce, a bit of vinegar and fried with spices. Finally boiled to give that chewy soft melts-in-your-mouth tenderness.
Along with lechon and chicken adobo, pork pata humba is one of the top dishes of Filipino cuisine.
